Today we’d like to share with you a very special First Communion photo shoot by Gran Angular Fotógrafos, held at La Granja de San Ildefonso, where we captured moments brimming with emotion, spontaneity and style on an unforgettable day.

Saúl’s First Communion photo shoot was carried out in two parts: a pre-shoot at our studio at 21 Calle La Reina, and a post-shoot after the ceremony, strolling through the Valsaín pine forest, a historic natural setting that provides a timeless and beautiful backdrop to the images.

An unexpected touch: classic cars.
What made this photo shoot particularly unique was a happy coincidence: a classic car meet was taking place right outside our studio that very day. With the owners’ permission, we took advantage of this surprise to take some photographs of Saúl alongside these elegant and characterful vehicles. These images add a distinctive touch to the photo shoot, combining the solemnity of a communion with the unique aesthetic of vintage cars. This blend of elements created a collection of original photographs brimming with personality.

What made this First Communion photo shoot even more special was an unexpected surprise: on that very day, there was a classic car rally taking place right outside our studio. Seizing the opportunity and with the owners’ permission, we took some photos of Saúl alongside these elegant, characterful cars.

A few days after the First Communion, we wrapped up the photo shoot with a session in the pine forests of Valsaín. We always recommend having a family photo shoot; after all, it’s a keepsake that their parents and siblings—if they have any—will cherish for a lifetime. A First Communion photo shoot is the perfect excuse to have some professional family photos taken, something that usually happens, at best, only very occasionally.
